SExY Browns & Curls

Wow! Its been awhile since I have blogged.  Sorry! I do miss blogging, but real life is overtaking blog life at the moment. Hopefully in the next few weeks I'll back onto blogging.  School and work has been draining my energy so its been hard to keep up with all products and pictures, etc.

Quick Post:
This look was awhile back, not sure if I posted it, but here it is.  To my love of Neutrals and Browns!

Products used:

Face:
MUFE HD, MAC Powder, Instant Chic blush

Eyes:
MAC Romp e/s, NYX black e/s, Smashbox eye primer, Smashbox liner, MAC Studio Fix mascara

Lips:
MAC Bare slimshine

Who doesn't love bouncy girls and smokey eyes?  I went for a neutral brown, pink cheeks, bare lips look to match my bouncy curls.  I was heading for dinner with the husband, so I wanted something nice and cute but not overly done.  Very easy to achieve and lasted me well into the night!

What do you want me to BLOG about NEXT?

Summer Nude - FOTD

Neutrals, nudes, bare faced, seems like the trend this season.  Many colors are being very minimal in color selection and are going for the natural bare faced look.  This is definitely a trend that I like and I think fits for most people.

Products used:

F: MUFE HD foundation, Sonia Kashuk concealer, MAC Instant Chic Blush, Bobbi Brown Shimmerbrick Platinum Pink

E: Smashbox lid primer, MAC Sable & Shroom eyeshadow, Smashbox Eyelights palette. MAC brown liner, studio fix mascara, Essence brow powder

L: MAC 2n lipstick, Nars striptease lipgloss

For me, I think that subtlety is best when trying to do a natural look.  You don't want to do an over exaggerated look, nor a bland one.  I'm not sure if I was able to achieve the look, but I hope I did.  All I needed was just a slight sweep of color on the eye, nude lips, and light pink shimmer on the cheeks. Its always cool to add in color but natural/nude looks are versatile and  easy to do.  No stress!
