*Strawberries* Inspired

So a few weeks ago, I blogged about going to a strawberry festival in town, but had no strawberry  pictures to show for it. Well the festival is over, but not the strawberries.  I was able to get some local grown fresh strawberries from the market and have them for lunch this past weekend.  As I was eating them, I thought to myself, "Am I drawing inspiration for this berry?" Why yes I am!" hehe.

Face: MAC NW25 concealer, EM powder, MAC cremeblend blush, Tenderling blush

Eyes: Smashbox primer, Coastal Scents warm palette, MAC Golden Lemon pigment, Lemon Chiffon s/s, Studio Fix mascara, Essence b/p

Lips: MAC Bare slimshine, Ladybug and Strawbaby lipstick

My inspiration for the FOTD, was from the *RED* of the strawberries, and the *Golds/Neutral* from the berry seeds.  I hope you all see what I see and notice the colors I used.  I was going to do a red eyeshadow look, but opted that out for red lips, since I haven't done a red lips fotd.

Vintage Red

I know I've been out of the loop lately, taking summer classes and working hard, so I've been very tired too! So here's a quick FOTD I did on my friend. She's soo wonderful, because she let's me play with makeup on her face and trooper for doing that. Thanks! Yeng!!! I decided to go for a Vintage Pin up theme, with the black liner and red lips. Not too sure if I achieved what Pin up is, but I hope I did. I think it turned out alright, not too go with the liner, but I guess I tried. I also added false lashes in, not the best at the application, so I'm still learning to perfect that. Sorry I keep forgetting to take pictures of what I used, so hopefully next time I remember to do that.

What to do with Valentines?

Here's my Valentines Look that I did pretty quick for tonight: (hope u likes) ~ I did a heavier eye look with copper reds/purples and did a subtle soft color for cheek and lips. Overall its something I would wear out for dinner, probably not for the daytime!!
